Biscuit is a sweet, lovable and gentle young cat. She loves our three children and our dog. She has a very easy going temperament and acclimates well. She is completely litter box trained. Biscuit loves to snuggle and chase lizards! She is both an indoor and outdoor cat.
Biscuit came to us as a foster kitten at 12 weeks. We knew immediately that we wanted her to be part of our family. She has always had a great relationship with our dog, and in the beginning our older alpha cat seemed to tolerate her. As Biscuit grows, we have noticed that the older cat becomes increasingly agitated by her. We thought we could manage the relationship but we have learned that we can’t.
About six months ago we noticed that Biscuit was over-grooming her stomach. We thought it could be a food allergy, but it was not. The vet then put her on steroids to see if was another allergen, but it was not.
It seems that Biscuit is not happy in our home, more specifically, she is extremely stressed by the older cat.
